How to place an orders?

We can only accept orders from our website. We can assist you on the phone to place an order from the website if you require any assistance.

How to submit my order information?

Please state your name and text in correct alphabetical order upon submitting your order. We will process your order exactly based on the information you provide for direct production. Please write the text information in the comments box upon submitting your order.

If you are personalising the wooden cover notebook with photographs, please ensure you send high-quality picture. High-quality pictures will have sharper output in the final products. Please submit original pictures and do not use WhatsApp pictures as it will affect the quality of the photo output. File Format Accepted: Jpg, Png, Psd, and tiff file format is accepted. If you are personalising your inner pages, please ensure the photo included in the inner pages is in a high-quality format. High-quality pictures will yield sharper images. We are not allowed to edit your inner pages, and we will process as per artwork submission. There shall be no changes after the submission of artwork; otherwise, additional artwork fees apply. File Format Accepted: ai, eps or pdf file format is accepted. Paper Type: Art Paper

Please send the pictures or artwork by WeTransfer and provide us the link in the comment box upon submitting your order.  Alternatively you can also email us your artwork file.

What do I expect after I submit my order?

After you have submitted your order, our customer service will send you a followup artwork requirement form. A dedicated artist will be allocated to your project. Artwork proof will be sent to you for confirmation before we start the production.

Can I order by phone?

We can only accept order from our website. We can help you on phone to place order from the website shall you required any assistance.

Can I cancel my order?

Once order is paid or when the artwork is approved, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please check carefully all order details before the confirmation of order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via Local Bank Transfer, Visa or Master Card for local orders.
We will use Paypal gateway to process your Visa or Master cards for all international orders.

Is the payment credit card secure?

All credit card purchases made through are secured through Paypal.  All personal and credit card information transmitted is handled by Paypal's secure connection.  All personal contact information provided to us will not be shared, sold, or solicited

Can I get discount for bulk purchase?

Please contact our customer service for a special discount on corporate orders.


Can you expedite my order?

If you require the product urgently or by a specific date, please contact our customer service for special arrangement.

Is there any import duties and taxes for my country?

Please check with your own country’s import duties and taxes. Import duties and taxes are paid by recipients in the corresponding country. There are no import duties and taxes apply for orders within Malaysia.

Can I return the goods?

If your item doesn’t match the listing description or it arrived faulty or damaged, don’t worry because we’re always here to help. Please refer to our return policy if you wish to do a return:

  • We can’t accept returns unless the mistake happened on our side.
  • You can only return your item within a week after the day you receive it.
  • The item must be in the same condition as how you receive it.

Please take picture of the defective items and do not discard the original packaging box if the product is damage during transport.

We will notify you once we’ve received the item and proceed with inspection. Once we approve your return request, we will immediately issue a refund for you. Note that all of the shipping costs will not be covered by us.


Why does my product look different from the displayed pictures?

The colour and pattern of woods can vary from different trees and species but we will ensure to get the most accurate looking material and deliver the best product quality for our customers.

Is it possible to get all wooden gifts in same colour and pattern?

Each tree is different, so every veneer product has a unique appearance and feel. The same tree can never be found twice in nature. This also means that the colour and pattern can vary within the same wood species.

Why does the colour of inner pages look different?

Every screen displays colours differently and different printer output colours differently. We do not modify your artwork file and we execute your order based on the artwork or picture you have submitted. We’ll try our best to provide the best printing quality for your products.

Does my notebook comes with wrapping or boxes?

Each of our notebooks comes with a gift box. You can personalise your gift box at the personalisation options when ordering.

Can I use my own design for the book?

Yes. If you’re an artist, you can send us your artwork by .ai, ,eps or .cdr. Preferable C6 Version Adobe Illustrator with 1:1 scale following our templates.

All artwork submitted must indicate clearly with 0.1pt red lines for cutting and black lines for engraving in RGB mode. All fonts to be outlined and all objects must be path or merged.
